It is believed that the use of Six Sigma methodology will only stress employees with this and that. The change in mindset that Six Sigma demands is hard for the employees to adopt which will affect the results. But in reality, this is not the case. Six Sigma makes the job compact and easy. It shows ways about how to accomplish a task and get the best result.
- Certificate Will Be of No use:
This is a complete lie. We live in a world of high productivity and marketing. There are lakhs of companies out there who want skilled employees. And, there are actually very highly paid posts for a Six Sigma certified.
Hence, no myth is true about Six Sigma Certification. Instead, there are many ways to be benefitted from it. So just flick off the myths and focus on your Six Sigma Certification.
