We met briefly at the BBAA Awards at the Belfry last year.
Our platform, improved and relaunched at the end of last year, helps angel investors in the following ways:
(1) At a time when leverage is in short supply, it enables them to get some of the resources – people, access to assets, products, services and routes to market – that the business requires on a ‘use now, pay later’ basis. Businesses and individuals with spare time and resources can sell or rent them for above market prices, but with accrued amount paid out of a shre of future revenues.
(2) Dealmaker online can help reduce the chance of business failure by guiding them through a logical business planning and redefinition process to identify and fill gaps. It also enables free “en masse” due diligence by interested resource providers who are likely to have in depth techical or commercial knowledge.
