David Cameron has promised the most “pro-growth budget the British people have seen for a generation” at the Conservative Party Spring Conference in Cardiff.
Cameron revealed that he is committed to reducing the regulatory burden on business which “make life impossible for small firms”. Speaking about the coalition’s tough line on banks he added “We’ve got another £10bn for small businesses from the banks and my guarantee to you is this: I’m going to watch those banks like a hawk and make sure they deliver.”
